The Human Rights Commentator is an initiative designed to give students and academics the ability to author entries from as little as five hundred to two thousand five hundred words commenting on the changes in human rights law and have them peer reviewed for publication on this website.

The Commentator seeks to offer high-quality, relevant and timely treatment of key human rights cases across Canada and draw some comparative analysis of how provinces align or diverge in their decisions on certain rights and freedoms, from both a legal and policy perspectives.

If you are interested in writing an entry, please select the Contact Us tab to discuss your ideas with our staff.
